RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FOR UP TO 30 DAYS

If an item is defective or you received an incorrect item, please email us at support@evosystemsllc.com.

If not completely satisfied with your Autoslide purchase, you can return product for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns made within 30 days of original purchase receive a full credit back to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in with all original parts in the original form is was received.

If the returned item brings the total order value under the amount required for free shipping, the shipping charge will be subtracted from the return. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

If a return of merchandise without an original receipt or packing invoice, a processing fee of 20% percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund if original parts are not in their original form.

In some cases, we will deduct the items not in their original form and forgo the 20% processing fee based on which value is highest. The amount of the product credit you are eligible to receive will be communicated to you via the email we have on file for your account

How to Make a Return

Please enclose your return with a copy of your packing list enclosed along with the reason for the return. Returns should be made in the smallest packaging possible to accommodate the item for efficiency and conservation reasons.

Upon arrival, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of the return. We will check and test the unit and its parts when returned. Any parts not in their original form (e.g. cut tracks, used push buttons) may be deducted from the refund since they can't be restocked.

Return Labels

We don’t provide shipping labels for returns, we recommend using FedEx since they’re more reliable but feel free to use any shipper you would like. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive for return, so we highly recommend you insure your return for the full value of the purchase as well as make sure you have a tracking number. Please fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization in My Account before sending any packages to us.


Returns after 30 Days

We will not be able to process any type of return after 30 days. Please ensure that if you would like to make a return that you do so within the available 30 day window.
